	The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is a scientific agency within the United States Department of Commerce focused on the conditions of the oceans and the atmosphere. NOAA warns of dangerous weather, charts seas and skies, guides the use and protection of ocean and coastal resources, and conducts research to improve understanding and stewardship of the environment. Nautical charts produced by NOAA meet the definition of a nautical chart laid out in SOLAS Chapter V Regulation 2.2 and meet the carriage requirements defined in SOLAS Chapter V Regulation 19.2.1.4
	The UK Hydrographic Office (UKHO) is a world-leading center for hydrography, specializing in marine geospatial data that helps others to unlock a deeper understanding of the world's oceans. The Admiralty Digital Catalogue provides a comprehensive and up to date reference in graphical and textual form of the range of Admiralty products and services, including Standard Navigational Charts and Publications, and the AVCS, ARCS and Admiralty ECDIS Services.

	The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), in the Department of Defense, partners with NOAA to provide critical nautical information to the public. The mission of NGA's Maritime Safety Information Division is to collect and analyze maritime safety information in support of a nautical database maintenance environment to produce, promulgate, and provide worldwide access to standard nautical, digital and customer tailored hydrographic and bathymetric safety of navigation data. NGA's most important publication is the US Notice to Mariners.
	International Maritime Organization (IMO) is the United Nations specialized agency with responsibility for the safety and security of shipping and the prevention of marine and atmospheric pollution by ships. IMO's work supports the UN SDGs. As a specialized agency of the United Nations, IMO is the global standard-setting authority for the safety, security, and environmental performance of international shipping. Its main role is to create a regulatory framework for the shipping industry that is fair and effective, universally adopted and universally implemented.

	The U.S. Coast Guard Navigation Center (NAVCEN) controls and manages Coast Guard radionavigation systems from sites in Alexandria, Virginia and Petaluma, California. In addition to reliable navigation signals, NAVCEN provides users worldwide with information and timely operational status reports on the GPS, DGPS and Loran-C navigation systems. These reports by NAVCEN's Navigation Information Service are available 24 hours a day in a wide range of media (Internet, BBS and Fax on Demand as well as telephone). The service also provides access to the Coast Guard Local Notice to Mariners and to other Coast Guard information sources.
