Great quality flags ahnd terrific cutomer service
What a great company. I went on their chat site to see if they had a Zulu flag in stock. They didn't but said it should be there in 3-5 days. I went off line, thought about it and placed an order on line for the Zulu flag.
Several hours later they called me and then emailed me to reconfirm that it wasn't in stock and would be 3-5 days until it was...and was that ok with me. I responded yes it was.
Then in three days when the flagged arrived at their location, they called me to say that it had arrived and would be shipped fed ex later in the day. It arrived three days later. What unexpectedly great customer service!
The flag itself, beautifully made, beautiful rich colors, strong grommets....all in all a great flag and a great experience.
This company is highly recommended!
