Overall I am pleased with the purchase. The shipping "misfire" regarding my choice of courier was resolved and your firm did compensate me for the additional fees charged by UPS. I do make numerous purchases from the U.S. over the course of the year and have found Fedex the courier of choice since they do not charge brokerage fees for small purchases should the shipper not use USPS which from my perspective is the least costly although somewhat slower, but I am rarely in a hurry for the items anyway.
